Contest Rules

1. You must be at least 21 years old or older with a valid ID and U.S. Social Security number at the date and time a contest is played. Winners acknowledge that if they enter this contest under a fraudulent name and/or social security number, they will automatically be disqualified from this contest and any future contests on CRN.

2. Any person or persons in your immediate household or family may qualify or win once per CRN contest. You are ineligible if you or any member of your immediate household or family is an employee of CRN, it's related companies or advertising agencies, any sponsor or promotional partner of the contest in question; if you are an employee of any broadcast station in Southern California, or if you have been a CRN employee within the last 60 days.

3. CRN is not responsible for phone or internet malfunctions.

4. All tax and other liabilities incurred as a result of any prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. No purchase necessary. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within (60) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner.

5. Winner agrees to release CRN, its corporate licensee, their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims relating to the prize or contest prior to acceptance of the prize.

6. To the extent that any prize consists of airline tickets and/or hotel reservations, CRN is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or overbooking. Unless we inform you otherwise, contest prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. CRN has the sole discretion to terminate a contest at any given time, change the rules of or extend the dates of a contest upon notice.

8. CRN reserves the right to substitute prizes of greater or equal value and requires contest winners to sign a publicity and liability release form.

9. Official contest rules are available from CRN during normal business hours. CRN reserves the right to amend or clarify contest rules at any time.

10. Contestants may also enter by printing their name address and telephone number on a postcard and send to CRN CONTEST PO Box 433 Sunland, CA 91043.
